About Us
Dr. Ramesh C. Bhatheja
Dr. Bhatheja has been practicing dentistry for over 30 years with 18 of those years at Ocoee Dental Care. P.A.. Dr. Bhatheja received his dental degree from the University of Calcutta in Calcutta, India. After obtaining his degree in general dentistry, Dr. Bhatheja joint and graduated from Marquette University School of Dentistry with a Masters of Science in Prosthodontics (Dentures). At Marquette University, Dr. Bhatheja gained valuable experience in treating patients needing dentures. After completing his dental education, Dr. Bhatheja was recruited to be an Assistant Professor in removable prosthodontics at New York University School of Dentistry (NYU). At NYU, Dr. Bhatheja taught dental students how to properly diagnose and treat denture patients. Dr. Bhatheja has since been practicing all phases of general dentistry.
Dr. Bhatheja's general philosophy has always been that you dont treat just the disease, but instead the whole patient. With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Bhatheja has seen a wide variety of dental problems and knows how to fix these problems. While every patient and treatment is different, Dr. Bhatheja and his staff try their very best to help the patient.
When Dr. Bhatheja is not at the office, he is busy cheering for the Orlando Magic.
Sonia- Dental Assistant/Treatment Consultant
Sonia's primary responsibilities include: preparing the patients for treatment, taking x-rays and assisting Dr. Bhatheja with various procedures such as crown and bridge. Sonia also helps to educate the patient about the various procedures preformed at the office. When Sonia is not at the office, she likes to play tennis and go to the beach.
Saira-Dental Receptionist/Insurance Biller
Saira's primary responsibilities include: scheduling patient appointments, greeting and registering new patients and filing insurance claims with the insurance companies. When Saira is not at the office, she enjoys relaxing and spending time with her family.
Juliet-Dental Hygieneist
Juliet, as a Dental Hygieneist, removes soft and hard deposits from teeth, teaches patients how to practice good oral hygiene, and provides other preventive dental care. Juliet also examines patients’ teeth and gums, recording the presence of diseases or abnormalities.
